Insider’s local support team worked closely with the brand to understand its obstacles and concerns around time-to-value, addressing these potential issues with a comprehensive integration roadmap to ensure a seamless transition.
“We use a combination of some amazing products from Insider and one of the most successful ones for us has been the exit intent triggered cart reminder in their web suite. It resulted in a 25% uplift in CR for us. We also used their A/B testing feature and observed a 14.43% CR uplift from those campaigns. In addition to all this, their smart recommender is another great product that displays auto-optimized recommendations on all of our pages using AI.
