Insider recently announced its partnership with Huawei, the global telecommunication equipment manufacturer, with over 3 billion customers worldwide. This partnership took place after Huawei’s announcement of its independent mobile services platform—Huawei Mobile Services (HMS).

Insider’s Mobile Suite will now support HMS thereby allowing developers and marketers to use location, push, and other marketing identifier services on the HMS platform. 

Insider’s Mobile SDK will also support all future Huawei devices that operate on the HMS platform. Insider’s partners—whose customers use Huawei smartphones—will be able to send push notifications, target specific locations with geofence, and send automated timed-push notifications to online and offline customers using Insider’s integration. 

This pivotal development will enable marketers to continue engaging with Huawei smartphone users. Insider’s Mobile SDK will work on the HMS platform to deliver these engagements to Huawei users.

Insider has released this integration with the necessary updates, allowing Insider’s Mobile App partners to communicate with their Huawei OS device users and continue providing personalized experiences by leveraging this integration.
