On June 10, Twilio announced the end-of-sale (EOS) of Engage Premier. Existing customers can continue to use Twilio Engage Premier, however, Twilio will not offer any new feature enhancements or product innovations, and will soon announce end-of-life (EOL) with the goal to sunset Engage Premier by the end of 2025.

Twilio Engage Premier edition has announce End of Sale (EOS) as of Jun 10, 2024 with a goal of sunsetting it by end of 2025.
EOS or end-of-sale means that Twilio will stop selling Twilio Engage Premier to new customers as of Jun 10, 2024. Current customers can still continue to use it until its sunset or choose to migrate to Twilio’s preferred ISV like Insider.
