VETC struggled with low user activation and retention. The main challenge was to reactivate users across fragmented stages of the customer journey, as many users downloaded the app but failed to complete key steps like registration, eKYC, or wallet linking.

The solution

This included sending reminders to users who downloaded but didn’t register, nudges to those who completed eKYC but hadn’t linked their wallet, and re-engagement messages to inactive users.
