Insider announces 235% growth in Australia following a series of customer wins, including Freedom Furniture, PAS Group, and Spotlight Group

Insider, a single platform for delivering individualized, cross-channel customer experiences, today announced that they achieved 235% growth in Australia in the last twelve months. This news follows notable customer wins – including Chemist Warehouse, Brand Collective and Accent Group – and continued expansion among existing customers.

Insider powers hundreds of Australian brands across industries like retail, eCommerce, financial services and banking, telecommunications, media and entertainment, and travel and hospitality. Insider’s impressive growth in the region comes despite forecasts predicting a shrinking economy, with the Reserve Bank stating that a recession may be on the horizon.

The economic outlook and consumers’ reduced spending power have led many marketing and CX leaders to focus on consolidating tech stacks. Their mission is to reduce overlapping costs, gather revenue-driving insights otherwise lost in disconnected systems, and unlock more substantial ROI and business value from each investment. This renewed focus on driving profitable growth from CX technologies has significantly contributed to Insider’s growth in the region, given its proven ability to deliver ROI 3X faster than any other vendor (G2).

“My team will be celebrating our 5th anniversary in Australia, and I am incredibly proud of our achievements and this milestone as we kick off 2023. We have a talented bunch of passionate people in this region, and with our growing workforce, we have expanded into new offices in Sydney to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of satisfaction. We are constantly combining local expertise with global knowledge in everything we do,” says Tunc Bolluk, Managing Director at Insider.

“Insider is the #1 leading MarTech vendor, focussing on omnichannel customer journey orchestration and personalization. Today, Insider power’s more than +1,200 of the world’s best-loved brands across the globe, including ⅓ of the Fortune 500.  In Australia, we welcomed 46 new partners this year and have hit 235% growth. One of the most important reasons for our success is being able to impact our customer’s business and their bottom line truly.”

“Typically, our customers are looking for ways to unite and simplify their tech stack, either by moving away from single-point solutions that keep data locked up in silos or turning away from clunky cloud players that are hard to integrate,“ adds Bolluk.

We are experiencing remarkable interest from Australian brands and retailers thanks to our powerful product, designed specifically for marketing and eCommerce professionals. Insider is a market leader for personalized omnichannel experiences receiving top marks and positioning in: The Forrester Wave for Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines, and IDC MarketScape Worldwide Customer Data Platforms. “A partner in crime you need!”

What do you like best about Insider?

The support and framework around planning, execution, and optimizing from the Insider team are truly great. One of the best partners I’ve worked with to date. The platform offers so many opportunities to test and learn things, without needing to invest heavily into building features/investing into things you’re not sure about. Using Google Analytics data to measure success is also really beneficial for reporting.

What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re focussing on our abandon cart, personalized product recommendations and testing features on our site that don’t exist. We’re also using Insider to showcase more content where we are limited on-site. We A/B testing different campaigns to help provide guidance and data on what features we should get developed if we can. It has allowed us to identify key things to increase conversion rate and elevate our customer’s experiences.
