Dr Krishna Feron holds an MBA and PhD in computational physics. He is a recognised global expert in Monte Carlo modelling and has won numerous awards and grants. His analytical models have been used by companies like Sony and research institutes like the Max Planck Institute.
Notably, Krishna has invented an artificial retina, a device that could help blind people see again. He led a research group in computational physics, published over 70 scientific journal articles and presented at over 20 international conferences.


He is the Chief Data Analytics Officer and Head of Transformation at L’Oreal Malaysia Singapore. He leads the data analytics transformation, which covers data governance, developing and implementing analytics use cases, and establishing a data-driven culture. He is passionate about creating business value using data analytics

Paulino, started his career in Marketing, first in Pepsico as Brand Manager for Spain, and later as part of the founding team of simyo (the MVNO of the Dutch telecoms giant KPN), leading the launch of this mobile operator in Spain. After a 1-year MBA in Kellogg (Chicago) Paulino joined the global fashion retailer Inditex (parent company of Zara), as part of its Executive Development program. In his 6 years in Inditex Paulino held different management positions in the UK, and Easter Europe. After Inditex, Paulino joined fashion retailer Guess, firstly as a International Director in China, and quickly after as Country Director for Australia. Finally, 4 years ago, Paulino joined the fast growing Hong Kong fashion retailer 6ixty8ight to expand the brand throughout APAC. Today Paulino heads 6ixty8ight in APAC with focus on 3 areas: Retail Operations (for directly operated stores), Ecommerce and Wholesale/Franchising. Paulino is BA in Business by the Dublin City University and MBA by Kellogg (Northwestern University).

KC is a Partner in PwC Malaysia leading Data and Analytics. KC started his career in PwC with over 19 years of local and global experience in the data and technology risk. During his tenure, he has been transferred to PwC UK (London) and leads a number of data and technology related audits for some of the largest multinational clients listed on the London Stock Exchange FTSE 100 index spanning across industries such as Oil & Gas, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Luxury Goods and Manufacturing.

He currently leads a team of specialist in the Data and Analytics, that focuses on hepling clients in data value creation and data trust, through the development of data strategy, delivery of AI and ML use cases, data governance solutions, process mining and data automation. He works closely with a number of renounded data technology players e.g. hyperscallers, MarTech solution, analytics solution and data governance solution in delivering value to the client.

Out of work, KC is an avid cyclist and has travelled around Malaysia and UK for cycling, which over the years he has clocked in over 8000 KMs. He welcomes anyone who would like join in the adventure, and explore the countryside and breeze.
